Slow Tours is a young and energetic company that wishes to bring local experience closer to the people by supporting a slow way of travelling.
You do not need an account for booking tours on slow-tours.com. Having an account makes it easier for returning customers as you'll not have to fill in your details when booking for the 2nd time.
Browsing slow-tours.com website will lead you to a desired activity. After you choose a date, number of persons and thick (if available) for options you'll add the product to the basket. You can continue your shopping until you decide to checkout. Fill in the checkout form and that's it !
For the moment we accept only cash on delivery but payment by card is due to be available for 2015 season.
Right after you book, you will get a confirmation of the order being received. Later, as the order will be processed, you will also receive a final confirmation of availability and the order's status will change in complete order.
You can cancel a booking free of charge until 3 days (72h) before the activity is due to happen. After this, if you paid in advance, you can still get a 50% refund if cancelling up to 24h in advance. No refund for later cancellation or no-shows. To cancel a booking please contact us via e-mail.
The booking conditions you accept are part of the contractual agreement between you and the reseller. SC Slow Life Ltd will not be responsible for badly managed booking done through resellers. Still, if you experience any inconvenience while booking even through a third-party please contact us via e-mail.
